Each year, Little Athletics SA selects a State Team to compete at the Australian Little Athletics Championships (ALAC). This year these Championships will be held over three (3) days on
Friday 21 April, Saturday 22nd April & Sunday 23 April 2023.
Invitations for the Australian Junior Athletics Championships (AJAC) selection have been sent out to last season’s U13 athletes who finished in the Top 3 of their event at the 2022 State Individual Championships.

There are still some remaining positions available for AJAC selection. SALAA will send Invitations for selection for these available events will be sent to U14 athletes who finish in the Top 3 of their event at this year’s 2023 State Individual Championships.
The Under 14’s who would like to nominate for the remaining positions must complete the nomination before the 2023 State Individual Championships.
Please Note: As this is the first year that Under 14’s will be attending the AJAC as part of the 2023 State Team, Little Athletics Australia have decided to select the team as per the process above.
Next season, Athletes will only be invited for selection if they finish in the Top 3 of their event at the 2024 State Individual Championships.
