The clinic provides a great opportunity for you to learn, have fun, and improve your athletic skills through the participation in event coaching with our experienced coaches!

EVENTS COACHING:
U6-U8 – Set run, jump, and throw program, which involves Sprints, Relays, Hurdles, Long Jump, Modified High Jump, Shot Put & Discus.
U9-U18 – Receive coaching in 3 x 1 hour coaching sessions (each day) in 3 athletics events of your choice. The events available are:

- High Jump – Scissor Kick (U9-U10)
- High Jump – Fosbury Flop (U11-U18)
