Sports Voucher Eligibility Checker
Parents/Guardians who register three (3) or more athletes from the same family in the same season are eligible for a refund on the State Association Fee:
• 3 registered athletes → $30 refund (applies to the 3rd athlete only)
• 4 or more registered athletes → $60 refund per athlete from the 4th athlete onwards (Example: A family registering 5 athletes will receive $30 for the 3rd athlete and $60 each for the 4th and 5th athletes — total $150)
Due to changes in our membership platform, this discount cannot be applied during the registration process. You must complete this form after registering all athletes.
