🎉Whether you are new to athletics or have been involved for a long time, the DARE TO DREAM ATHLETICS HOLIDAY CLINIC is perfect for anyone! The clinic provides a great opportunity for you to learn, have fun, and improve your athletic skills through the participation in event coaching with our experienced coaches!

EVENTS COACHING:

U6-U8 – Set run, jump, and throw program, which involves Sprints, Relays, Hurdles, Long Jump, Modified High Jump, Shot Put & Discus.

U9-U18 – Receive coaching in 3 x 1 hour coaching sessions (each day) in 3 athletics events of your choice. The events available are:
